Sesame Ginger Dressing

I've been looking my whole life for that amazing, flavorful dressing that they put on salads at Japanese and Sushi restaurants, and I am so pleased to share that this is it!! 

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon white or yellow miso
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed or other neutral oil
  • 2 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
Mix everything together in a dressing shaker or with a whisk, and pour over salad!  I love this on a super simple salad of romaine or iceberg lettuce, with thinly sliced carrots and cucumbers.
